The Sleep Nerdz are not just enthusiasts; we're lifelong friends on a mission to redefine your sleep experience. With a shared passion that spans decades, we've brought together our expertise and friendship to create a unique haven for all things sleep-related.
Keith Messenger
Keith Messenger entered into the mattress and furniture industry in his early 20's. He had a successful career with this for over a decade before moving on to new endeavors. Coincidentally, this was around the same time that Andrew began his own journey in the mattress industry.

Keith was very successful with his new endeavors. However, he eventually had to see a doctor due to his snoring and lack of energy. He was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. This led him to get an implant in his chest to improve his sleep quality and preserve his life. This experience ignited a new passion in Keith's life and he returned to the mattress industry with a fresh perspective. He realized that it was not just about selling mattresses, but about helping people get quality sleep. Keith started a new venture that focused on providing solutions for people with sleep apnea.

Andrew Carrington
Andrew Carrington, one of the driving forces behind Sleep Nerdz, has navigated a unique path through the mattress industry.
After illness led to the loss of his mattress store, Andrew found resilience in recovery. Returning to the industry at Ashley Furniture, his remarkable sales skills quickly drew attention, propelling him into a role as a trainer. With Keith always giving him advice and sticking by his side, Andrew achieved remarkable success at Ergomotion, Mattress Firm, and Tempurpedic training hundreds of retailers and tens of thousands of people. In his remarkable journey through the mattress industry, Andrew's passion for redefining the importance of sleep reached new heights. This journey, shared with his friend Keith, led to the creation of Sleep Nerdz. Together, they are committed to revolutionizing our understanding and appreciation of a restful night's sleep.
